What do you like best about CloudM?

The functionality and knowledge base are both solid and effective.

Once the initial setup was complete, things proceeded relatively smoothly for a project of this size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudM?

The sales process left a bit to be desired. The limits of the consultation period were not very explicit, and we ended up executing virtually the entire project on our own, as we were saving our hours for support on the final transition.

That support was, however, outside of scope, despite what the sales team had intimated, and, as such, we wasted most of the money spent on support hours.

I have not completed a project like this in the past, but without a relevant comparison, the transfer speeds all-around seemed very slow, and it caused our relatively minor project to take several weeks rather than several days once we were ready to proceed. The speed also proved to be a limiting factor on the overall timespan of email we were confident in moving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
