Cloudkeeper and Kristal have been collaborating for the past four years, and it has been a smooth journey so far. Cloudkeeper leverages bulk reservation volumes to secure guaranteed discounts for us, in addition to EC2 and RDS Reserved Instances. Their platform, CK Lens, also gives us a holistic view of our AWS usage. The custom dashboard in CK Lens lets us track our daily and monthly spend; we can also add a daily budget and set up alerts around it.<br><br>The TTN services team is prompt in their responses whenever we need assistance. Recently, they helped us with exchanging EC2 RIs and setting up AWS SSO.<br><br>They are also happy to discuss any problem, even if it is outside their scope, and they still try to provide a solution.
