At Zoom Group we run a modest public site and a few internal portals that share program schedules, volunteer sign-ups, and family resources. The thing that stands out is how cleanly security and speed live in the same dashboard. I can turn on managed WAF rules, rate limiting, and basic bot filtering in minutes, then watch the same traffic get cached and routed for faster page loads. For a small nonprofit team without a full-time security engineer, that combination removes a lot of daily worry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The jump from the free/Pro feature set to the next paid tier feels steep for a nonprofit budget, and some of the more advanced analytics and custom rule options are locked behind higher plans. Documentation is solid, but a few edge-case firewall configurations still required trial-and-error on our end. Support response times on the lower tiers are also slower than we would like when something urgent pops up after hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
