What do you like best about Cloudflare Application Security and Performance?

During my time working as a customer care executive at Revolut, our team relied heavily on this system to manage secure client chats. One of the most impressive aspects of the platform is its backend security framework. It provided a reliable layer of protection that kept our communication channels secure, which is absolutely critical when handling sensitive user accounts and financial data.

What do you dislike about Cloudflare Application Security and Performance?

During the training sessions we run for people on OJT with lots of tabs, we often need to share our screen, and when we do, the screen tends to lag. I also don’t like that Cloudflare can be a bit complicated to set up for new joiners and manage. Some of the security settings take time to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cloudflare Application Security and Performance solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my role, I used to handle customer chats for a bank, so I was regularly working with sensitive information like account details. Customers would also share files, documents, and emails with us, and those could sometimes include phishing links or other security risks.

Because of that, strong application security was essential. We needed to be able to trust that the platform could protect customer data, detect malicious activity, and keep our applications secure.
