I use CloudFilter for protecting against spam, viruses, and ensuring mail hygiene for both my own business and my customers' businesses. I appreciate that it's easy to use and very reliable. I never have to worry about emails getting lost, and it provides a configurable outline for users about quarantined emails, which they understand easily. The administrative interface is straightforward, and it syncs well with Active Directory. Setting it up is simple, just a change in the MX record in DNS, and I'm protected. It's been through tough conditions like hurricanes and ice storms without any downtime. The quarantine email feature is especially user-friendly, and I love how once it's set up, I don't need to think about it much. That's what's most important to me. Sometimes it's a little confusing how to set up the journaling for keeping a copy of all emails for regulatory purposes. While I got it working, it wasn't as intuitive as the rest of the product and felt kind of bolted on. It would also be nice if the Active Directory sync were a bit more aware so I wouldn't have to filter out service mailboxes and other things using regular expressions. But all in all, these are minor complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
