What problems is CloudFiles solving and how is that benefiting you?

CloudFiles is solving one of the common challenges businesses face: managing, accessing, and sharing documents efficiently within Salesforce.

Instead of switching between multiple platforms to find, preview, or share files, CloudFiles brings document management directly into the Salesforce ecosystem. It makes file accessibility, collaboration, and secure document sharing much easier.

For me, the biggest benefit is the time saved and the improved user experience. It reduces manual effort, keeps important documents easily accessible, and allows teams to focus more on their actual work rather than managing files. I particularly appreciate how it bridges the gap between document management and CRM workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
