What do you like best about Cloudbeds?

Easy to use, you can automatize guest communication and drive more reservations by connecting directly to the Cloudbeds Channel Manager and Booking Engine. It´s an All in One Solution that helps you save time and generate more reservations. We use Cloudbeds for our 3 Properties - the Multy-Property feature is a blessing - it makes it very easy for us to switch from one hotel to the other and gives us full control over the daily operations - only one click away. I use CB on my iPhone as well to control Daily Arrivals and read Reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudbeds?

I would love to have an App - right now it´s only mobile responsive, so some of the features like the calendar are not easy to use on my phone.

One of the biggest benefits -> Unified Data - Which helps us to make the right decisions. One Support for all your essential tools to manage your hotel. Channel Manager, PMS, Booking Engine, Website, Payment Processing & Revenue Management are taken care of by one support team available 24/7/365. It´s an easy-to-train and easy-to-learn platform, due to labor shortage we had to hire new staff and train them, which makes it very easy for us since the platform has a simple but powerful user interface.
