What do you like best about Cloudbeds?

Smooth system that allows me to bounce back and forth between different properties. The daily revenue report allows me to see how we are pacing compared to last year as far as bookings go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudbeds?

What problems is Cloudbeds solving and how is that benefiting you?

Top-notch property management system that allows me to manage bookings and analytics for my two properties. I am the GM for both hotels, Scandia Inn and Nordic Inn. We were using Cloudbeds at Scandia first, and I pushed to have the PM system at Nordic as well. I can switch back and forth between systems at ease and find it to be meeting our needs. This tool is easy enough to use by our staff for check ins and check outs, and is complex enough to allow me and the owner of the properties to have a lot of different data points to help us make high-level decisions.
