What do you like best about Cloud Softphone?

Support staff was always very responsive and helpful. Application documentation and available resources are quite extensive. The Admin portal for managing and setting up the solution works great and all aspects of configuration could be done there. Setup and final release of our own softphone was a matter of days. What do you dislike about Cloud Softphone?

Customizing the app's look and feel has some limitations. iOS dark mode is not natively supported at the moment, but it seems Acrobits is working on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cloud Softphone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Implementing your own mobile softphone is quite expensive and requires a lot of knowledge in native mobile device implementation. Acrobits provides its own SIP push server infrastructure if needed, or you can bring your own. In the end, we just had to configure the softphone solution to work with our SIP infrastructure and apply our branding, and we were ready to release a mobile softphone solution to our clients.
