Three features I specifically appreciate are as follows:
1. Zscaler's cloud-based architecture allows for centralized policy management and control.
2. Cloud Security Connectors can be deployed across various locations, and their configuration can be easily managed at scale.
3. While security services are hosted in the cloud, routing traffic through a local connector can help reduce the latency that might be incurred when traffic is redirected to the cloud and back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's been just a couple of months since we migrated the traffic of our production application to ZIA. So at present, we don't face any challenges. But from a deployment perspective, we have requested the Zscaler product team to work on auto-scaling of Cloud Connectors so that we can achieve HA and Scalability.
