What do you like best about Closinglock?

I really appreciate how easy Closinglock is to use, both for myself and my clients. Uploading documents is a breeze, and the platform overall is very user-friendly. I also like that it's a secure portal that speeds up the process, with clients often completing documents the same day or shortly after. The payoff verification feature is invaluable for ensuring wiring instructions and loan numbers are correct, saving time, money, and providing peace of mind. Additionally, I find the ID verification for sellers useful, and it's easy to complete documents online. Learning and operating Closinglock has been straightforward. What do you dislike about Closinglock?

I would like to see Closinglock provide individual documents for companies that work best. We had to type our own Word docs and code them. It would be nice to tell Closinglock what we need and have them do forms so the formatting is perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Closinglock solving and how is that benefiting you?
