What do you like best about Closinglock?

I can use this system for so many tasks in each file. I can send and receive wire instructions securely, verify buyer, seller, and miscellaneous party 's identities as needed, obtain digital signatures, and verify payoff wire instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Closinglock?

I wish I could do more within my transaction management software than having to go to the CL portal separately. I'm not sure if the integration's limitations are due to my TPS or CL, but it would be nice if they worked more cohesively together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Closinglock solving and how is that benefiting you?

Obviously, the secure communication of wire instructions is increasingly important, but the ID verification is also incredibly helpful in this real estate climate where no one wants to attend closing in person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
