What do you like best about Closing Foundry?

What do you dislike about Closing Foundry?

What problems is Closing Foundry solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed support to help us build a repeatable, scalable new business machine that took us to the next step beyond Founder/ Exec led sales and helped us to be more predictable in our forecasting. Closing Foundry supported us to mature our sales organisation, including the development of playbooks tailored to our segments, improvements in reporting/ tooling and team up-skilling. Through their work we introduced better sales qualification frameworks, SPICED and had everything integrated into our CRM for improved transparency/ visibility.
