What do you like best about Clootrack?

Clootrack's advanced analytics capabilities are a game changer. Breaking down departmental silos to line up data sources, having the option to break unstructured data into themes and subthemes , and look at customer sentiment by themes has markedly improved the quality of insights we are able to report back to the business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clootrack?

Some of the visualization dashboards could use improvement for clarity - with that being said, the team is incredibly open to feedback and willing to collaborate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
