What do you like best about Cloodot?

The best thing about Cloodot is that it helps you to create fast resolutions. Our interaction quality is much higher with Cloodot. It has been a great help in answering queries pretty fast. No wonder our response rate automatically improved, especially with such user-friendly tools! It was generally very easy to set up. I like the option to decide which support personnel has access to which channel. That way, I can divide the load evenly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloodot?

What problems is Cloodot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Responding to the queries timely was what troubled us most. We had trouble managing high chat volume from social media messengers and websites. That’s when the tools in Cloodot came in handy.
