It is easy for my employees to use and customer service is great! It is easy to clock in and out and it integrates seamlessly with our payroll. The cost is reasonable and most of the time it works great! (We live in an area with little cell phone coverage, so there are times when the Shark misses clockouts --but it is usually something I can take care of and see on the back end.) --so not a program problem --more a connectivity problem. I can't think of anything that is not helpful or that i dislike about Shark! (the only thing i would love is on the website view --if the dates could have a grid around them separating out the dates, that would make identifying the date a little easier for people who have many entries in a week --the way it is now, i have to scroll up and down to check the date --a border defined grid would solve the problem; that or have the dates freeze like you can in a spreadsheet if that's possible?
