The platform was up and running in minutes, which was great. I initially used the free version for about three months and gradually added more features, like automatically adding time for scheduled meetings with clients. The integration with Google Calendar for automatically placing scheduled meetings into Clockify—with the length of time and client name coded—is really convenient. The platform serves as a one-stop solution for tracking my time by client and project effortlessly in the background. Additionally, the simple invoice creation tool saves me a lot of time on billing. Setting it up was straightforward, just needing a quick call with a technical person, and I could immediately start tracking time after setting up clients. **What do you dislike about Clockify?** Some of the features require purchasing a more expensive version, like rounding up of hours, but Clockify has a minimum of 3 seats required for that, so I have to add two seats I don't need. Also, I have to run reports to see my progress against my targeted hours per week per client and manually compare that to my goals. It would be better if there was a standard feature to alert me when goals for billing are in danger of being missed. **What problems is Clockify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Clockify to track task hours and bill clients easily. If I could recommend something, it would be to improve the Android app a bit, it's excellent but it could give me more reports and graphs. I can get all that from the website, so it's really not a problem. **What problems is Clockify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have 3 support and customer service teams, and my project managers rely on Clockify to keep track of the time spent on activities and how much "downtime" there is between the different activities we carry out. Without this control, there can be an imbalance between employees who have a heavy workload and those who have less; the idea is always to have a balance of activities and personnel, so that this problem does not exist, and at the end of the day, we can provide better service to our clients, both external and internal. ### 3. I know I can download a summary of my hours and how I spent them, which I can send to my supervisors to get paid for the month. **What do you dislike about Clockify?** Nothing. Creating new clients and projects is extremely straightforward, which makes it much easier to handle reporting for billing and invoicing. Clockify is utilized by my team through our entire workday. I honestly can't imagine how I managed this process before using Clockify! I haven't had to involve Customer Support at all. **What do you dislike about Clockify?** The visualization options are somewhat limited, especially when it comes to color coding different projects. I rely on color coding to quickly find specific entries, and having a greater variety of colors would make this process much faster. **What problems is Clockify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Clockify has made it much easier to track my team members' time across various client projects. I think this limitation played a major role in my company's decision to switch to another tool, WebWork. I also feel that enhancing Clockify's security features would make it more attractive to bigger companies. Its dashboard is so much useful and has a very detailed breakdown. When I measure my time dividation in the dashboard it shows as if everything is in front of my eyes. Great performance.
