What I like most about Clinked is that it brings internal team collaboration and external client communication into one place. Being able to create dedicated workspaces, share documents, manage discussions, and collaborate with external stakeholders keeps everything much more organised. The interface feels fairly intuitive, and it cuts down on the need to juggle multiple tools for day-to-day collaboration. From an IT perspective, having a centralised platform to manage both information and communication is especially useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Clinked works well for collaboration, there are a few areas where it could be improved. The user interface feels a bit dated in certain sections, and moving between different workspaces isn’t always as intuitive as it could be. A few features also take some time to get used to and fully understand. I’d like to see more flexibility in customisation, along with smoother integrations with other commonly used business tools. Overall, these feel like opportunities for improvement rather than major blockers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
