I like that clients can leave feedback, and that there’s a way to track scores over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Clientshare?
The tech isn't always 100% reliable, I have sometimes found it frustrating to complete Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
