What do you like best about ClientPoint?

Digital sales rooms are not new, but we love Clientpoint. The insights and ease of using Clientpoint to make it easy to replicate libraries for a large amount of prospects.

I highly recommend if you have a longer sales cycle, more complex sale, enterprise sale or just need to share documents with clients during the sales process. It helps track and organize what you share during the sales process. Once a client signs it makes it easy to transition the documents and materials to the CS or Account Management Team. What do you dislike about ClientPoint?

It was slow to load pages. You have to wait a few seconds to a minute to upload new documents and save. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClientPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reduce the number of emails to clients where proposals and documents get lost. It makes it easier to track what we have shared as well as easier for prospects to share sales documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
