## ClickUp Reviews
 ### 1. ClickUp Makes Task Tracking Simple and Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ambuj N. | Senior Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I’ve been using ClickUp and found it really helpful. It has a lot of useful features, and it’s easy to keep track of assigned tasks. I like that everything like tasks, updates, and chat is available in one place, so there’s no need to switch between tools. It makes managing work much simpler and more organized. Overall, it’s easy to use and works well for day-to-day task tracking.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes the app feels a bit slow or laggy, especially when I have a lot of tasks. And because there are so many features, it can be overwhelming at first—it takes a little time to get used to everything.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, it was difficult to keep track of assigned work, updates, and team discussions all in one place.

With ClickUp, everything is centralized—tasks, comments, and chat—so it’s much easier to stay organized and avoid missing anything important. It gives better visibility into ongoing work and helps me track progress more efficiently from start to finish.

 ### 2. Complete free version without surprises, practical implementation.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean M. | Estágio técnico em eletrônica, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The main functions and much more are available in the free version, allowing deployment in team management without restrictions and delays. There are no surprises of starting to use it and then realizing that all the work was frustrated because you need the paid version.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

It would be very good if the free version offered workspaces with access restriction features and privilege settings, to facilitate control over who can see and do what. There should be a short video in the tools to explain how to use them, or at least a text when hovering over the function.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help me delegate and monitor the execution of tasks, as well as facilitate my organization with lists and help me maintain productivity on a daily basis.

 ### 3. Great Project Management Software!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelo T. | Marketing-Data Analyst-Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2024

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I’ve found ClickUp to be a fantastic project management tool. It stands out for its ease of use, straightforward implementation, responsive customer support, how often I end up relying on it, the breadth of features, and how smoothly it integrates with other tools. The interface is user-friendly, which makes it a strong fit for teams of different sizes and across industries, and it genuinely helps keep work organised and efficient. If you’re looking for something that makes project management both enjoyable and effective, ClickUp is worth considering. I use it daily, and it has become a staple within our company.

In day-to-day use, you’ll likely find yourself in ClickUp often to track progress, collaborate with team members, and manage deadlines, so it naturally becomes part of your routine. Getting started was smooth for me, and the detailed guides and resources helped along the way. With templates and pre-built workflows available from the start, you can get up and running quickly and manage projects efficiently from day one.

I also appreciate the platform’s clean design and its customisable views—such as lists, boards, and calendars—which make it easy to choose a setup that works for you. As a head of the division, I especially value being able to see the people I manage and their tasks, how long tasks take to complete, and an overall view of what they have on their plate, all through multiple perspectives. On top of that, being able to communicate directly with the person(s) involved and attach links turns ClickUp into a central hub where work can begin and return to.

The help centre and their database (ClickUp University) are packed with articles and tutorials that cover a wide range of topics. Most of the time, I haven’t needed them; when I do need help, I prefer speaking to an agent because it feels more helpful and efficient given the nature of our company (Start-Up). The community forums and regular webinars are also useful for tips and best practices, and they’re worth checking out when you have time.

ClickUp offers a vast array of features that can suit virtually anyone, even though I personally stick to what’s most useful for me. The built-in screen recorder is brilliant, especially when I need to create short tutorials. From task management and time tracking to goal setting, document sharing, and automation, it covers everything I need. The platform also updates regularly and adds new features based on user feedback, so it’s worth keeping an eye on their roadmap or subscribing to updates. Finally, it connects with a wide range of third-party applications like Slack, Google Drive, and Trello, which helps keep existing workflows intact, and the 'Make' and Zapier integrations further enhance ClickUp’s flexibility.

Superagents with the 4.0 update are a game-changer. I have barely scratched the surface of what it can do and already it's making workflows much easier and making it easier to keep my team up to date, along with other teams in my company. External updates to Google Sheets are better, too

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think the biggest improvement needed is the Mobile App - it is handy, but it doesn’t quite measure up to the desktop version. Some features are harder to use or just don’t work as well on mobile, which can be a hassle if you need to manage tasks on the go. It’s good, but there’s room for improvement. Of course, if it's to check whether tasks are done, review files and mark the status of tasks - it's great. Its home page could improve in terms of what tasks to display.
The notifications setting was extensive before the Clickup 4.0 latest update and overwhelming, but now more streamlined and easier

Also, ClickUp chat - it's better as a standalone rather than integrated into the main app - including SyncUps - works better as a standalone Desktop and Mobile App

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of the workers and the projects. Creating a central place of communication within teams.

 ### 4. Flexible and Feature-Rich, But Slightly Complex

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wajji K. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp for task management in my e-commerce business, especially for marketing campaigns and daily operations. It helps me stay organized and track progress effectively. I like how customizable and flexible it is for managing tasks. The different views, like list and board, make it easy to track progress and collaborate with the team. These features help me see the status of tasks at a glance, prioritize work, and keep everything organized. Additionally, it improves team coordination and allows me to manage multiple tasks and workflows in one place.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes ClickUp feels a bit complex due to the number of features, and it can take time to get used to. The interface can also be slightly slow at times.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for task managing my e-commerce business, keeping me organized and tracking progress. It manages multiple tasks in one place, improving team coordination with different views and ease of use. We switched from Trello for advanced task management and better reporting.

 ### 5. Efficient Planning with Calendar & Board Views, Plus Time-Saving Task Templates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishma R. | Information Communication Technology Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The calendar view makes it efficient to plan the week's content. The board view helps track daily personal tasks during syncup calls with the team. Templates make it efficient to create repetivie tasks and subtasks. This saves a lot of time and enables faster completion .The time tracker also helps record time taken for each task which helps evaluate work better and improve workflows. The spaces and folders section help efficiently segregrate groups.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes the app gets stuck. I can't access the drop down to change the status of tasks . THis only happens occasionally. Not always.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to track the team's daily tasks and work load. I like how easily it allows to attach and integrate files and images and multiple other attachments. The calendar overview is efficent to track timelines of tasks.

 ### 6. Effortless Task Management and Email Notifications in ClickUp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** NIKHIL G. | SEO Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I can easily manage the tasks on Clickup and even if I forgot about the pending tasks I get a mail about the task status. If I want to assign task to somebody I can directly add them and they receives the email. I don't have to message them personally about the task.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

If there are multiple Spaces and multiple tasks created in them, it becomes diffcult to find them if you dont know the task name.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using ClickUp, we struggled with scattered tasks, poor integrations and slow tracking, leading to missed deadlines and unclear ownership. Now everything runs in one place with strong integrations, faster performance, built-in AI, and smooth onboarding/support, which has improved visibility and execution. This has cut task management time by ~30%, improved ROI through better pricing efficiency and helped us consistently hit deadlines.

 ### 7. Excellent Task Search, Helpful OneDrive Integration, and an Awesome AI Brain

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Farrukh N. | Solution Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Task searching is excellent, and the integration with OneDrive is really helpful. I can search all the files and data stored inside OneDrive as well. The Brain (AI) is awesome.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

1) When I don’t have internet, I can’t create tasks or search for tasks, and I really dislike that. Offline access should be available, at least for some folders and tasks. 2) When I make notes inside a table and copy-paste into Excel, the rows and columns get disturbed. Clickup needs to improve this so tables can be inserted more like Excel, including proper formatting such as colored tables and other table options. 3) Documents should also work more like MS Word, so copying/pasting and note creation—and pasting to other platforms—follows a standard format.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me manage my tasks easily, and all of my tasks are searchable, which makes it simple to find what I need.

 ### 8. ClickUp’s Customization Makes It a Powerful Personal Assistant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Murat K. | Digital Marketing Consultant, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I’ve been actively using ClickUp for about 5–6 years now. I keep all my workflows and client information here. My favourite feature is how customisable it is. You can customise tasks, lists and many other areas. With the formula feature, you can even turn it into an accounting programme. It really does act as my personal assistant at the moment.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

It’s using up a lot of credit, especially since the AI integration. We need to cut that down a bit :)

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves my organisational problems. That’s my biggest issue. I work as a freelancer and have a lot of clients. I’m 42, so my memory isn’t as sharp as it used to be :) I immediately log any work that comes in via WhatsApp into ClickUp and can easily track the entire process through the task details.

 ### 9. All-in-One, Highly Customizable Workspace That Replaced My App-Switching

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivam S. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The best part is ClickUp Brain: it pulls answers directly from our linked docs without us having to search manually.I no longer have to jump between other applications as they integrated chat and docs right within my project

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The mobile version feels more limited and harder to navigate than the desktop version. Also, the notification system is very noisy: I get an email and an in-app notification for every minor change, which has led to notification fatigue. What you could improve is sending notification summaries once in a while, rather than lots of separate notifications.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp has replaced our status update meetings. Now I can just check my custom dashboard to see real-time progress. The Workload view, in particular, helps me spot when one designer has 10 tasks while another has 2, so I can rebalance work right away and help prevent burnout.

 ### 10. Everything centralized, excellent chat, and super smooth Kanban view

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolás R. | Product Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Centralizing everything in one place is great, in these times of multi-tasking it makes it super easy for me to have everything at hand, the best part is the chat. It allows me to always stay up to date with the team and the Kanban view is wonderful for its fluidity.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The system is so comprehensive that the learning curve is often costly in terms of time. But once you get used to it and find your favorite views, that's it. You have the world at your feet!

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had always had all the information fragmented, a total mess adding to the physical paperwork. Now with the confidence of information security and backup, we all store 100% of the documentation and it helps us have everything at hand.

 ### 11. ClickUp’s Custom Templates, Integrations, and Support Make Project Management Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyrel R. | Owner/Photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp allows me not only to see and control every aspect of every project I’m handling, but also to customize how I do it. Being able to build custom templates that I can use as a foundation for similar projects—and then adjust as needed for each new one—lets me take on almost any project, regardless of the goals or even the industry. Depending on the intended outcome, I can set things up so I have exactly what I need, when I need it, without always starting from zero.

If I need to integrate other programs’ abilities—such as a CRM, a third-party communication platform, or even simple document storage and sharing (especially when clients have their own preferred tools)—I can do that without having to relearn the entire process. I’ve built some pretty extensive workspaces for different clients, and I’ve genuinely never had performance issues within the program. And because workspaces exist outside a single workstation, I don’t have to worry about losing anything important if there’s a hardware problem.

ClickUp’s pricing structure feels quite fair, even though there are a few features I’d like to have at lower tiers. The ability to create wikis, SOPs, and documents is amazing; however, I’d also like the option to lock those so other users can’t change them at the lower pricing tiers. Still, I believe the usefulness of what you get is unmatched. I ran several of my own businesses on the free tier for years before needing to upgrade.

Customer service is also, in my opinion, unmatched. I’ve always been able to get in touch with someone for help, and even simple, non-urgent questions have been handled quickly and professionally.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The only real complaint I have ever had has been based around features locked behind the pricing tiers. Most of the time this is a per project issue, since different projects need different options.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp keeps me organized and even accountable to myself, both professionally and personally. I even have a workspace set up for my family that we use to keep our household in order. There really is no limit to what you can use ClickUp for, and the more they expand the features, the less I have to deal with software spread. Internal chat, non-user portals and communications, and agents that help with everyday tasks are the kinds of additions that keep improving ClickUp’s usefulness with every update.

 ### 12. Intuitive UI and Customizable Solutions for Project Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harihar V. | Senior Manager - Business Process Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really like ClickUp's intuitive UI, specifically its very structured and customizable way of handling projects. It's great with its AI features and multiple views like board views, calendar views, and list views, which make managing multiple projects smoother and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. The ability to link with Outlook or Google accounts is fantastic, handling meeting minutes, keynotes, and task assignments efficiently, letting me focus on the critical parts. It simplifies a lot of manual work and is pretty cool overall. The user experience is very good and intuitive, not overwhelming, making it accessible to both beginners and experts. Also, the setup was very easy, allowing us to roll with the basics without needing much handling.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

In early days of using this tool. Nothing specific here.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp streamlines project management with its structured and customizable approach, ensuring no tasks are overlooked. Its integration with Outlook and Google helps manage meeting notes, reducing manual effort. The multiple views and AI features enhance collaboration and make life easier.

 ### 13. Solid all in one tool with useful AI features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | Product manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love how everything is in one place and how much you can customize it. I also love the AI features, especially the Notetaker, i use it a lot for turning quick notes or meeting summaries into actual task without much effort. It feels like the platform bends to fit my workflow instead of making me adapt to it.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

It can feel overwhelming at first with so many features, and notifications get noisy if you don’t tune them. The app also slows sometimes when the workspace gets big. Though, still not a dealbreaker.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the major headaches of scattered information and jumping between too many tools. Now everything is in one workspace. We have bettered visibility, fewer missed tasks, faster reporting with time tracking and smoother collaboration using docs, whiteboards, and the AI Notetaker.

 ### 14. ClickUp is a tool that allows you to replace almost all the others

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo R. | Gerente operacional, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp helps a lot in visualizing and organizing processes, making it clear at which stage each one is. Communication with the team becomes much more effective, and time management becomes more precise. Overall, it is a complete tool. Integration with other services is something that helps us a lot in our day-to-day.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Perhaps if more resources and autonomy could be implemented for guest users, in addition to the usage limits of AI and Superagents, it would be of great value. The pricing could also be reviewed, as it becomes somewhat costly for a small business. The support could also be better improved, especially for users who speak Brazilian Portuguese. The performance on more modest machines could also be enhanced.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrations with other Artificial Intelligence services.

 ### 15. Feature-Rich, Customizable ClickUp That Saves Hours with Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa H. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love how feature-rich ClickUp is. There’s definitely a steep learning curve, but once you understand the platform, you can use it to do pretty much anything. I also really appreciate how customizable the experience is, especially with options like custom fields. Information used to be fragmented before. Having custom fields keeps thing tidy and details easy to find. Automation is another feature I enjoy. It cuts out lots of busy work I'd normally be doing day to day. I use it heavily to fill in custom fields when people submit a project request form. Rather than having to create tasks by hand (as I was before), this saves me hours

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

My top complaints (in no particular order) are as follows:
1. Platform is slow (pages take up to 5 seconds to load)
2. UI is buggy
3. ClickUp is missing important features (subfolders, nested conditional questions in forms)
4. Platform is hard/takes a long time to learn (my team consistently struggles to find tasks)
5. Automation system is too simple/doesn't offer enough tools (I would love if there was an "or" option to triggers. Also, actions are very limited--I would like to see more options like "remove task from list")
6. Not a fan of the strong push for AI

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tasks used to get dropped or forgotten, and communication was fragmented. Clickup has helped bring more transparency to our work. Now tasks aren’t getting missed, it’s easier to find the information we need, and communication is kept in one place. Our clients can also see us making progress on tasks, which helps them feel more satisfied.

 ### 16. ClickUp Brings Order to Agency Project Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenira V. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love the project management setup as part of an agency. Design can be so messy and all over the place but ClickUp helps to make it all make sense in the end, especially working with many team members.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I did not like that some of the features ended up being cut from the unlimited plan, but i understand. We then decided to move to the business plan in which case has been a phenomenal jump for us. I do not really use the inbox feature and feel this might give me anxiety when i see 41 messages unread. I wish i could understand how to use ClickUp as a marketing calendar but it is so confusing.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary problem is how to go from the discovery with a client all the way to the end once the deliverable is complete. I must say since starting using ClickUp, i have been more level-headed. For me it is far more superior than monday.com and zoho combined. It is so quick and responsive and is very aesthetically pleasing. This matters a lot to our workflow as designers primarily. We love that clickup helps us understand timelines, although one thing would be to make the different items in the GANTT chart more colour coded. ClickUp the way ZenPilot recommends to set up has been a lifesaver. You can set clickup up anyway you like but i think ZenPilot really helped us understand the best workflow for an agency.

 ### 17. Pleasant design and many options: from simple lists to advanced sprints

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erick David F. | Desarrollador de aplicaciones para móviles, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It has a pleasant and familiar design compared to other proposals. I see many options to be able to create different things depending on the needs, ranging from lists for the simplest tasks to advanced sprints for large projects. It feels fluid most of the time.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Having so many things on screen can be a bit overwhelming, it would be nice to be able to turn off sections that won't be used for certain spaces.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management is always complex, and although we can manage them on simple spreadsheets, dedicated software for these tasks is much better. At least for our small company, Excel has been useful, but we cannot continue with this if we want to extract detailed information on times, priorities, team, etc. Additionally, we miss out on integrations with our everyday apps.

 ### 18. ClickUp’s All-in-One Platform with Powerful Customisation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prakriti M. | Talent Acquisition Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I think the biggest standout is ClickUp’s all-in-one approach. Rather than juggling separate tools for tasks, documents, goals, time tracking, and reporting, it brings everything together in a single platform. Another major strength is its customisation: we can tailor workflows, statuses, views (List, Board, Gantt, Calendar), and fields to fit almost any team, whether it’s product, marketing, or operations. It adapts to how you work instead of forcing you into a fixed structure.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

My biggest complaint is the slow loading times when I’m working with large projects or a lot of tasks, and the occasional lag in dashboards or more complex views. That said, it has improved over time. I also want to add that using advanced features (automation limits, AI, exports) requires upgrades, and costs can increase as a team scales. So while it starts out cheap, it can become expensive depending on how much you use it.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp primarily solves the problem of fragmented, inefficient work environments where tasks, communication, and information are scattered across multiple tools, making it hard for teams to stay aligned and productive. By bringing tasks, documents, communication, goals, and reporting into a single platform, it reduces the need to constantly switch between applications, which helps cut down on confusion and saves time. It also tackles the lack of visibility many teams face by offering real-time tracking, clear ownership, and structured workflows, so everyone understands what they’re responsible for and when it’s due. In addition, ClickUp reduces manual effort through automation and standardised processes, allowing teams to spend more time on meaningful work instead of coordination overhead.

 ### 19. ClickUp Streamlined Our Workflows with Flexible Views and Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabina K. | IT Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The ClickUp project management tool has streamlined our workflows by bringing tasks, documents, goals, and time tracking together. The flexibility of the views such as list, board, Gantt and calendar enables everyone to choose their preferred way of working. The automation capabilities have also proved to be a major benefit by taking over tedious task allocation and status updates that took up large chunks of our team's time each week.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There are many features that can be customized which can make set-up of the workspace time consuming. Also, advanced reporting and unlimited storage are reserved for higher plans which, over time, can result in additional expense.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp has overcome the issue of using multiple apps to manage tasks, documents and goals by unifying these under one roof.

 ### 20. Versatile Forever Free Plan That Scales Smoothly as You Grow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesper V. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Its versatile architecture - you can definitely use it for free for personal use or small business. And if needed, you can add features at a reasonable cost once your business grows.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There are two things I'm not a big fan of. First, when you start up and select the Forever Free plan, you are still enrolled in a trial of a paid plan for two weeks. This means you might begin using some features that will be inaccessible after two weeks. Also, there is no very clear way to distinguish which features are paid for and which are not. Second, the trial involves limited uses of certain features on the Free Forever plan. Some features have a restricted number of uses (not per month, but overall), which again means you're using something that you will not have access to in the near future. I would prefer the plans only had the features they currently offer, and if the user wishes, they could try out higher plans for a certain period of time.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp excels at making complicated projects easy to handle. It helps in breaking down projects as granular as you need. You can use Spaces as projects, and within them have Folders, List, Tasks, and Subtasks. You can create relationships between tasks and choose different task types. This means your "task" could actually be a company, and you can create a whole Sales CRM within it. Its hyper versatility is something that makes it suitable for any use case.

 ### 21. All-in-One Task Management with Flexible, Customizable Views

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ritik J. | Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about Clickup is how everything is available in one place. Earlier, I had use different tools for task management, documentation, and tracking progress, but clickup combines all of that. The flexibility is also a big plus you can customize views like list, board,or calendar depending on how you prefer to work. It actually helps keep things organized without feeling too complicated once you get used to it.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

In the begining, it can feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many features and options. it takes to understand how everthing works. Alson, sometimes the app feels slightly slow when loading largerprojects, but it's not a major issue for daily use.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clickup helps me manage tasks more efficiently and keeps everything structured. it's especailly useful for tracking ongoing work and deadline. I can easily see what's see what's pending, what's competed, and needs attention next. it has improved overall productivity and reduced the chances of missing tasks.

 ### 22. Exceptional Flexibility for Managing Complex Logistics Projects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Radivoj N. | Distribution Center / Warehouse Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about ClickUp is its exceptional flexibility for complex logistical projects. I recently used it to manage the entire setup of a customs warehouse in Serbia, which involves strict regulatory steps, procurement, and facility planning.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The platform can sometimes feel a bit cluttered due to the sheer volume of features. When setting up the workspace for something as detail-heavy as customs compliance and logistics planning, it takes a significant amount of initial time to configure the spaces, statuses, and automations correctly. If you don't set it up perfectly from the beginning, the interface can easily become visually overwhelming.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My primary use case for ClickUp is managing end-to-end supply chain and infrastructure projects. Currently, I am using it to oversee the complete setup of a customs warehouse in Serbia. Setting up a facility like this requires strict process control. I use ClickUp to track everything from the initial layout planning and racking installations to the final regulatory approvals from customs authorities.

 ### 23. Quick, Customizable All-in-One Task & Calendar Hub with a Helpful AI Note-Taker

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zsófia J. | PPC expert - freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It’s quick and easy to use, and I can customize pretty much everything. I can manage all my tasks and calendar in one place, and set reminders easily. I also use the AI note-taker during meetings, which is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I feel like ClickUp isn’t really optimized for solo business owners or freelancers. There are a few features I’d need – like more advanced time tracking, better dashboards, and some extra automations (for example, marking subtasks as done when the main task is completed). But upgrading to a higher plan doesn’t really make sense, because those are built more for larger teams, with a lot of features I wouldn’t use.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a marketer, my biggest challenge is time management, and ClickUp helps me handle that really well. I can work more efficiently, save time, and clearly see how much time I spend on different tasks. It also helps me track and evaluate my own performance.

 ### 24. Effortless Team Collaboration, Needs Faster Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ranjeet M. | Retention Marketing Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp for team collaboration, project management, and tracking progress. It saves us almost 50% of the time we used to spend earlier, and it helps the team collaborate effectively. I like the UI and how easy it is to manage the team and tasks. Workflow automation is a great help because it automates actions like status changes, assignments, and notifications. The initial setup was super easy; I did not face any issues.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I believe the customer support is something that could be improved. The time taken to resolve a query is slightly longer. I would just say that they should be more responsive and try to be solution oriented at the first raised concern itself.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to save time, enabling better team collaboration and project management. It saves us nearly 50% of the time compared to before, with useful workflow automation for status changes and notifications.

 ### 25. Custom Fields Make Splicing and Reordering Data Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebekah R. | Senior Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I find the ways you can splice and reorder data with the custom fields to be the most impactful for me and my team.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

large data sets take a long time to load, your support team changes hands on tasks too often and i feel like i often have to keep re-explaining myself or go unhelped, or both. there are areas of clickup i know could be customized and it annoys me when i can't. (ie pick the colors on dashboard pie charts)

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

simple automations have been a game changer for our team, they reduce time and ensure our processes move smoothly. the dashboards and reporting offer amazing insight for my team and our clients! now we have clarity around project status and an easy way to communicate with stakeholders.

 ### 26. Streamlined Task Management with Robust Gmail Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really like the ease of integration with ClickUp, especially how I can attach a Gmail to a task card and refer back to it later. It's fantastic for keeping my Gmail inbox empty because I don't just leave an email in my inbox and hope to get back to it later. With ClickUp, I can go ahead and create a task with it or assign it to an existing task, clearing it out of my inbox and knowing with confidence that I'll see it again during the week as I work through my tasks. My boss showed me how to set this up, and after figuring it out, I was completely hooked. Having a zero inbox policy is difficult, but with ClickUp, it's possible as it prevents things from slipping through the cracks. It's extremely valuable.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The Workbook in ClickUp doesn't work as well for me. It looks very simple, but it's actually very complex sometimes, which makes figuring out how to get to things a lot of trial by error. Specifically, in the dashboards, I was trying to figure out a very nice pie chart, but couldn't determine what time period the pie chart was covering or how to adjust it. Also, the training modules initially seem kind of daunting and complex, but I think I'll get better at that through time.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves task prioritization, allowing quick reviews, feedback, and reprioritization. I like attaching Gmail to tasks, keeping my inbox clear and ensuring nothing slips through.

 ### 27. ClickUp Brings Everything Together with Flexible, Powerful Team Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel H. | Principal Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like about ClickUp is that it brings a lot of work into one place. It helps with task management, project planning, docs, dashboards, and team visibility without needing a bunch of separate tools. One of the biggest upsides is flexibility because teams can customize it to fit different workflows, views, and ways of working. It also provides strong visibility into priorities, ownership, and progress, making collaboration and execution easier.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One downside is that ClickUp can feel overwhelming because it has so many features, views, and settings. That flexibility is powerful, but it can also make setup, adoption, and day-to-day use more complex than necessary. The least helpful part is when the platform starts to feel cluttered or harder to navigate, especially for teams that just need simplicity, speed, and clear execution.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp is helping solve business problems around organization, visibility, accountability, and execution. It gives me one place to track work, manage priorities, assign ownership, and see progress across projects so things are less likely to fall through the cracks. It also helps reduce confusion, improve team alignment, and create more structure around how work gets planned, managed, and delivered.

What I like best about ClickUp is how flexible and customizable it is. It lets me manage tasks, deadlines, and team collaboration all in one place, so I don’t have to switch between multiple tools. The different views and automation options help keep work organized and make it easier to stay on top of projects.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

ClickUp can feel overwhelming at first because it has so many features and settings. There’s a bit of a learning curve, and sometimes the interface feels busy, especially when you’re just trying to manage simple tasks. Performance can also slow down occasionally with larger projects.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps solve the problem of scattered work and poor visibility across tasks and projects. By keeping tasks, deadlines, documents, and communication in one platform, it makes it easier to stay organized and track progress. This saves time, improves collaboration, and helps me manage my workload more efficiently.

 ### 29. Intuitive and Productive with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gustavo L. | Solutions Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I find ClickUp easy to use and intuitive, with information always at my fingertips across multiple platforms. The integrated AI is helpful and makes many tasks easier for me. It also supports my time management by sending alerts for upcoming deadlines, which helps me stay organized and keep my tasks in order. Setting it up was very straightforward for me, since I had a clear understanding of what I wanted to measure from the start.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

It's not that good for quantitatively measuring project progress; recently, there have been some issues with updating tasks if several people are working at the same time.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me be more productive, manage my time better, and stay organized in both personal and work projects. It provides reminders for deadlines and helps keep my tasks in order.

 ### 31. Steep to set up, but now it runs my entire operation in one place.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matheus d. | Visual Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The ability to have a complete overview of my entire business in one workspace. I can track all open projects across multiple brands, monitor my finances, follow long-term goals, and manage prospects through a built-in CRM, all without switching tools. Once everything is properly configured, it becomes a genuine command center for a solo creative professional.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The learning curve is genuinely steep. It took a significant amount of time to figure out how to configure everything properly (spaces, statuses, automations, and views don't always behave intuitively at first). For someone without a project management background, the initial setup can feel frustrating and time-consuming before it starts paying off.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solved the lack of a centralized view of everything happening in my business. Today I have a single workspace where I can see all open projects, track my finances, monitor long-term goals, and manage my sales pipeline through a CRM for prospect management. As a solo creative running multiple brands, having all of this in one place has been a game changer for staying focused and making better decisions.

Before using it, I used to lose track of tasks or deadlines, but now everything is clearly laid back out in one place. I especially like being able to set priorities and see what needs to be done next without overthinking.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I have noticed that ClickUp can be slightly slow, especially when loading larger projects or switching between views. It's not a major issue but it can interrupt the workflow sometimes.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to rely on excel sheets and notepad or notes to track my work, but it required a lot of manual efforts and wasn't very efficient. There were times I forgot to update progress or missed tasks. ClickUp solved this issue by providing a proper system where I can manage tasks, set deadlines, and track everything in real time. It has definitely improved my workflow and easier my day.

 ### 34. Great UI, All-in-One Workspace with Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris H. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

A great app starts with great UI, and they’ve definitely done their work here. Everything lives in one place, and it’s replaced a bunch of scattered tools for me. Tasks and project tracking, documents, time tracking, and goals are all easy to find, update, and keep organized. On top of that, the customer service is excellent, and the tutorial helped me get up to speed quickly. I’ll be using this regularly.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

As of now we are on the free forever plan and some features are locked but that will change with a subscription.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp addresses scattered work, unclear priorities, and limited visibility—especially into how time is actually spent—by bringing tasks, projects, and time tracking into a single system. Instead of guessing where my effort goes or juggling multiple tools, I can see exactly how long campaigns, content, and support tasks take. That clarity helps me prioritize high-impact work, spot inefficiencies, and communicate my value more clearly to leadership. The biggest benefit is that I’m not just staying busy; I’m working strategically, using real data to make better decisions and justify where time and resources should go.

 ### 35. ClickUp Keeps Our Team Organized, Accountable, and On Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda M. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

My favorite thing about clickup is how it holds me accountable on my daily, weekly, and monthly work tasks. It allows myself and my team to have a place to organize the needs for a project while being able to communicate about it all in one place. ClickUp is great at keeping me organized and on task.

I also appreciate the webinars the ClickUp team sends out to keep me aware of current and upcoming features I can take advantage of for my team. It helps to know what is available to make my work life easier.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I'd love a feature that would remind the task owner to close a task once it is complete. One thing my current team is bad at is closing completed tasks and multiple people continue to receive messages about an overdue task even if it was completed.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without Clickup our team would struggle with following deadlines and understanding priority of projects. With Clickup we're able to streamline this process and make workflow much more efficient and projects stay on track.

 ### 37. ClickUp: Strong Support Driving Continuous Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonia d. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp has been a very useful tool for managing projects and daily tasks in a structured and efficient way. It allows us to organize work into tasks, and subtasks, which makes it easier to track progress and responsibilities across the team. One of its main strengths is flexibility. You can customize statuses, and views (such as list, board, or calendar), adapting the platform to different types of projects depending your type of business. It also helps centralize communication, reducing the need for multiple tools.
Another highlight is their excellent support team. They are responsive, helpful, and efficient when resolving issues or answering questions, which adds a lot of value to the overall experience.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

At the moment, I’m still waiting for the resolution of an issue related to BrainMax, as well as the completion of the full integration with Outlook. These aspects would significantly improve the overall workflow and user experience.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving the incidence with Brain Max, working in the complete integration with outlook and I've suggested the need of customize the tasks, being able to show only the fields that are necessary for us, and in the sub tasks I would need to have my own layout with only 3 columns. All these have been already reported.

 ### 38. Highly Customizable with Great Templates—Just a Bit Overwhelming at First

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily S. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that it’s highly customizable, has Brain AI, and integrates with a wide variety of apps. The templates are great, and the university resources are awesome too.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Getting started has felt a bit overwhelming for me so far. I don’t have much time in my day to really dive in and learn all the ins and outs, tips, and tricks, so I haven’t been able to get the most out of it yet.

I also wish there were a better web extension available for both Chrome and Edge.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It hasn’t solved any problems for me yet. Still, I think that using this tool will help me manage my tasks, projects, and schedule more effectively.

 ### 39. Flexibility and Centralization for Project and Task Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcos N. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love that ClickUp is ultra-flexible for structuring and managing workflows in almost any scenario I can think of. The ability to grant guest access and integrate comments from external users via email is really useful for centralizing all communication and task management in one place. I also like having everything related to my work and that of my colleagues in one site, which makes it easy to keep everything well-organized and easy to find. The integrated chat and call functions within the tool, as well as the ability to send comments as emails, are features I highly value. Saving time is another great benefit, as I avoid switching environments to look for emails or write messages, integrating all the information where I manage tasks and projects. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy thanks to the numerous templates available that I can adapt to my needs. It has become our day-to-day work tool. On the other hand, we have had to contact customer support to resolve some doubts, and the response has been quick and effective.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The tool has so many possibilities that I'm sure I'm not making optimal use of its capabilities because you don't think of doing things in other ways. It is largely resolved with all the available training content, but you need to have patience to get through the learning curve. This is more a limitation of mine than of ClickUp.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to organize work in one place. It integrates chat, calls, and email comments, saving time. It centralizes communication and task management, allowing guest access and flexible structure for any scenario.

 ### 40. All-in-One Platform Boosting Team Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayte R. | Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really love how easy it is to create a task in ClickUp. It's primarily a task management tool and everything else is like the bells and whistles that make task management easier. I can easily convert a chat thread into a task by highlighting it, allowing me to add priority, which is great for when my team members look at their task list. They already see what's been given, making it a standout feature for task management. It's so easy and effective to create tasks anywhere within the platform, so you never have to exit what you're currently doing. I like ClickUp's onboarding packages, which were super easy and helped me become a seasoned expert. My team really enjoyed it too, and each of them has become experts in their own areas. The initial setup was quite intuitive. I also appreciate how ClickUp integrates with Gmail and Google Drive, using a super agent to scrape emails daily and turn them into tasks, cutting through the noise in my inbox.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think especially with the use of super agents, I think it could be clearer how those can be integrated. I also struggle with how to share ClickUp with people external to my team. So my team has full access and their members, but sometimes we need clients or vendors to have a guest seat. And sometimes it's a little clunky and I accidentally issue them a full seat. ClickUp's really good at helping me, like, walk that backwards, but I wish it was more clear on how to invite someone as a guest and not as a full number.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp consolidates multiple tools, enabling seamless team communication and task management. It's effective for visual learners, lets me track vendor follow-ups, integrates with Gmail to manage emails as tasks, and supports our remote, agile team across time zones.

 ### 41. ClickUp: The Essential Hub for Cross-Team Coordination

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raizy K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like ClickUp for its flexibility at scale, which lets us adapt workflows to different teams while maintaining structure, ownership, and consistency across the organization. AI and Super Agent features add real value by helping teams summarize work, surface insights, and make faster decisions, reducing manual work without losing control. ClickUp has become essential for keeping the company aligned, efficient, and accountable. It's a fantastic tool for standardizing workflows, task management, process documentation, and cross-team coordination, solving fragmentation by replacing scattered tools with one centralized system. I also appreciate their exceptional customer service, which makes setup incredibly easy, allowing us to reach out instantly whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

We like everything, no dislikes. ClickUp is to perfection and whenever we need any updated we can always request a feature, update, etc

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp centralizes task management, process documentation, and cross-team coordination, replacing scattered tools and emails. It prevents issues from slipping through the cracks, maintains consistency, provides visibility into tasks and ownership, and enhances flexibility, allowing workflows for different teams while keeping structure and control.

 ### 42. Transformation in Ticket Management with ClickUp

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** murillo m. | Analista de sistemas Cloud, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like the task management tool from ClickUp because it makes it easier to visualize priorities and organizes request histories. The new AI Super Agents tool is excellent because I was able to create an agent that summarizes the team's actions from the previous day and the current schedules, saving a lot of time and helping to focus on priorities. Additionally, ClickUp has proven to be more complete than Basecamp, especially with the task visualization and documentation tab, which previously required an external tool. The existing integrations in ClickUp also greatly facilitated our migration process, allowing us to upload all our records via API smoothly.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I don't really like the calendar tool for scheduling tasks. For me, there could be some extra settings, such as allowing the limitation of an employee's working hours, and not allowing scheduling for any time of the day. Additionally, I use the integration with Google Calendar and at times, even with the correct scheduling in ClickUp, for some reason the scheduling was not replicated in my Google calendar. (this happened to me a few times).

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me organize tickets and visualize priorities. With the AI Super Agents tool, I create daily summaries of the team's actions, saving time by knowing where to focus and setting priorities.

 ### 43. Easy Task Tracking with Personalized Home Views

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elsa E. | Project & Client Relationship Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that it is easier to track tasks as everyone has their own "home" and can review their tasks by priority or structure them in a way that works best for each preference.

I also like as well that you can use the created templates and you can adapt them to your needs.

I love the support and that you can subscribe to a webinar to learn about the new features and ask any questions. That's a great customer support and consideration for the users.

We use the app on a daily basis and is perfect to track tasks, communication and to centralize information, is so easy to use as it is user-friendly, the implementation in my company was slow as my collegues find it difficult to learn a new application but that's the usual think on learning anything new I think it is the usual learning curve.

The integration to our standardization and onborading it is easier using Clickup as it is visual and you cna add many documents and images to the whiteboards that can work to show as a organigram and also link documents and spaces there.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

For me, it is not about ClickUp; it is about people who don't take the time to learn about the app and find it "difficult".
I think it's user-friendly, and if you don't like receiving emails/notifications, you can update your settings. I really like everything.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The miscommunication and lack of structure. This tool helps us to organize the information and structure it in a way that is easier for anyone to find and to reference in any conversation.

Clickup allows me and my team to be more focused and productive. Collaboration tools are unparalleled. We interface with another company that uses teams and smartsheet exclusively, Clickup does everything better, faster, cleaner, and all in one platform. We use nearly all tools within clickup every single day. We would be lost without clickup. I personally haven't had to use customer support, but the amount of webinars and whatnot offered make me think personalized support would be easy to get.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The biggest downside WAS the speed of the software. This was addressed within that past few months. Initial setup and getting the team trained and on the same page can be a bit of a growing pain, but well worth the investment. Getting your company fully integrated into clickup will take time, but again, is well worth the investment.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clickup allows us to collaborate on many different tasks efficiently and cleanly while staying focused on our highest priority tasks. We spend less time looking for stuff and more time working and being productive.

 ### 45. Daily User Managing an Agency Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariah M. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that I can keep various agency projects separate yet streamlined. I appreciate that we can move through projects with clear milestones and the ability to communicate with the team easily. One of the features I love is that I can easily link neccessary docs, tasks, comments, etc into any fields where they're applicable. It makes it easy to navigate without going into separate windows and leaving what I was already working on.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Threaded chats and comments. I don't like how it takes me to a separate screen.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps us move through many concurrent projects with our team in a streamlined way. As a Project Manager, it helps me stay aligned and flag when things are bottlenecked. It's been an incredibly helpful tool. I use ClickUp every single day and find that it's easy to implement and also very adaptable to a variety of ways to work with it.

 ### 46. ClickUp? More like ProductivityUp

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor H. | Mechanical Design Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is the highly customizable status tracking. It allows our team to see exactly where every task sits in the pipeline at any given moment, which ensures that nothing ever falls through the cracks and keeps our projects moving forward efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

What I dislike most is that sometimes it can be difficult to find a specific item if there's a lot going on at once. Because the platform is so feature-rich, the interface can feel a bit cluttered during high-intensity periods, making navigation slightly less intuitive than I'd like.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves the challenge of team fragmentation by centralizing all project communication and task management into a single, cohesive workspace. This has significantly benefited our workflow by eliminating the need to toggle between different apps, ensuring that everyone stays aligned on deadlines and deliverables. The platform's robust collaboration tools, like real-time document editing and nested comments, allow our team to brainstorm and execute ideas more efficiently. Overall, it has streamlined our internal processes and greatly improved our collective productivity across complex projects.

 ### 47. ClickUp has kept our business running smoothly, confidently, and with ease. Thank you ClickUp!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah J. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp has been crucial to keeping our business organized and structured. We use this for a few purposes. Task management, organization for documentation, SOP documentation, note taking, onboarding for new hires, and note taking. I find ClickUp to be user friendly. I also like how many automation capabilities there are within the platform. I think ClickUp also does a great job of consistently updating their platform for new capabilities. We have been using ClickUp for 3+ years and since we started, we have seen things like chat, global search, updated automation capabilities, and super agents come on board. I also appreciated the opportunities for trainings to help teach users about capabilities.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There can be glitches within the platform that cause errors within automations. We have had some instances where automations have not run which have caused some business errors. I will say that is every platform and happens with all tech. One thing I do love is how responsive ClickUp help desk is! Real humans are at the ready to help with issues.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping our business organized is very top of mind. We need numerous people to know what they need to be doing, when it is due by, and for numerous team members to have visibility over that. Dashboard views have been helpful for that. We also have numerous clients and folder views with numerous list views within those folders are imperative to keep things organized. Automations are CRUCIAL for our business. We would be lost and doing crazy amounts of manual labor everyday without automation.

We use use ClickUp for our entire inquiry to onboarding process as well. Forms are a tool that are heavily utilized to ensure we can vet leads, connect with them, qualify them, and easily onboard them into our organization. ClickUp has replaced numerous alternative platforms for us and kept information in once place. We love how we can keep comments and information within tasks so team members can have visibility into workload. We have also switched to AI Meeting Note taker as well. This has been very helpful to get access to notes, transcripts, and creating important tasks from our internal and external meetings.

We also use this tool for time tracking to make sure our capacity internally is on point. We use this to make sure we know when to hire and to know if our teams workload is manageable.

 ### 48. Qcrew Review: ClickUp Keeps Our Team Organized with Flexible, Customizable Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ferwayne Y. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp has been a great tool for keeping our team organized and aligned. It makes it easy to manage projects, assign tasks, and track progress all in one place. I especially appreciate the flexibility—you can customize workflows, create templates, and adapt the platform to fit different team processes.

It’s been very helpful for building repeatable systems for things like SOPs, performance reviews, and project tracking. Having tasks, docs, and communication connected helps reduce back-and-forth and keeps everyone on the same page.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The platform can feel overwhelming when you’re first setting it up. With so many features and customization options, the learning curve can be steep for new users. Some settings are also buried in multiple layers, which can make simple changes take longer than expected.

Performance can occasionally be slow, especially when loading large lists or switching between views. Notifications can also become noisy if they aren’t carefully configured, which sometimes makes it harder to focus on the most important updates.

Lastly, while the flexibility is a strength, it can also lead to inconsistency across teams if clear standards or templates aren’t in place. A bit more guidance or simplified onboarding for best practices would make it even better.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves the challenge of managing multiple platforms. Having a one-stop tool where you can manage workflows, CRMs, and event team communications helps our day-to-day business operations.

 ### 49. Custom Dashboards and Automations Made ClickUp Our All-in-One Hub

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua B. | Customer Support Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp has completely replaced Trello, Slack Threads and Gdocs for our company. What I love the most is the custom dashboards. I built one that shows all client projects with deadlines, budget status, and team. workload at a glance. The automations are a huge time saver too. When a task moves to client review it automatically notifies the right person and logs time. The doc feature is solid now for keeping strats and SOPS and the Ai helper is actually useful for quickly turning briefs into subtask. Super helpful overall.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Biggest issue was the steep learning curve at the start. so many features that everyone felt lost for the first few weeks. Mobile app is okay for quick checks but not for serious work. Search can also miss stuff when you have a lot of history.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this we were jumping between 3-4 different apps and everything was scattered — missed deadlines, duplicate work, constant chasing in chat. ClickUp fixed that by putting everything in one place. Now the team has clear visibility, automations handle the boring stuff, and we’re actually saving hours every week. It’s made running our agency way smoother and more scalable.

 ### 50. A Flexible Tool That Simplifies Project Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashoo J. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2025

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It’s flexible and has an all-in-one approach. It lets me manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate with my team in one place. The different views it offers—like List, Board, and Calendar—fit my different needs and help me stay organized and stress-free. The main point is that it makes my work much simpler to organize and more efficient overall. It's part of my daily routine and gets set up in various places with the click of a button. I even use it to collaborate with clients, where they can directly create tasks for the new requirements.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Occasionally, the platform can be a bit slow when internet bandwidth is low, especially on larger and more complex projects. Notifications can also get cluttered if they aren’t managed well.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It addresses the issue of scattered task management by bringing everything into one place, which helps me stay organized and improves overall team efficiency.
