What do you like best about ClickUp?

Its flexibility - pretty much anything can be done in ClickUp.

I'm also a big fan of their customer and technical support. They are very quick, friendly and effective in their replies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The platform suffers a bit too much from bugs or slow response times for my liking. Too often a refresh of the browser window is required to see a change take effect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use ClickUp primarily in three areas: project management, workflow management and product management.

For project management and workflow management, prior to ClickUp we used Excel or Google Sheets. Both are powerful tools of course, but not suitable for project management or workflow mawnagement. ClickUp makes it so much easier to collaborate with internal and external teams; create Gantt charts; understand critical paths; automate processes and replies. It gets everyone onto the same page and that is invaluable in project management.

For product management, prior to ClickUp we used Trello. The main benefit ClickUp brings here is that thanks to its list view it's so much easier to plan and break down bigger epics. Trello's board view was really limiting us and we were struggling to understand the bigger picture. ClickUp gives us this birdseye view that we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
