I like that ClickUp helps me use fewer tools and keep everything in one place. I can put things in ClickUp and forget about them until it reminds me it’s time to focus on them. I especially like the customizability: I can sort things into sensible hierarchies and use custom statuses and fields instead of boilerplate options. The different views are helpful because I can easily see what I want for different aspects of my business in the same place. Now that I know my way around ClickUp, setting up new spaces is easy. I think it’s ludicrous that customizing forms and branding requires a plan above Business. I can customize free Google Forms more than I can on a paid ClickUp plan. The planner is really difficult to learn and use, and I’d like it to be easier to find tasks and put them on there. ClickUp also has a learning curve, and I assume it’s even steeper now that it can do more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
