**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is how it brings task management, project tracking, documentation, and team collaboration into one platform. The interface makes it easy to organize work, assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress in real time. I also appreciate the customizable views, dashboards, and automation features, which help reduce repetitive work and improve productivity. Overall, ClickUp has helped me stay organized, meet deadlines, and collaborate more effectively with my team.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One area for improvement is the learning curve. Because ClickUp offers so many features and customization options, it takes time for new users to become comfortable with the platform. Some pages also take a little longer to load when working with large projects, and certain settings are spread across different menus, which makes them harder to find. Once you become familiar with the platform, these issues have less impact, but a simpler onboarding experience and improved performance would make it even better.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves the challenge of managing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines across different tools by bringing everything into one platform. Instead of switching between emails, spreadsheets, and separate project trackers, I can manage tasks, track progress, collaborate with team members, and store important information in one place. This has improved my productivity, helped me stay organized, reduced the risk of missing deadlines, and made communication with my team more efficient.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is its incredible flexibility. The ability to customize statuses, custom fields, and views for each specific project has allowed our team to move away from using multiple disjointed tools. It has streamlined our workflow significantly, saving us hours of 'context-switching' every week

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The main downside is the steep learning curve. Because ClickUp is so feature-rich, it can be overwhelming for new users to set up initially. It takes quite a bit of time to configure everything correctly, which might be a barrier for smaller teams that need a 'plug-and-play' solution.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ClickUp, we struggled with 'tool sprawl'—we were juggling separate apps for task management, documentation, and chat. This led to fragmented communication and lost context. Implementing ClickUp consolidated everything into one platform. Now, our docs are linked directly to tasks, and discussions happen in context. This has reduced our meeting frequency and saved us significant time in searching for project updates.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp makes it super easy to organize our systems and processes. It’s also easy to integrate AI, like MCPs, as well as their own AI.

We run our entire marketing agency on ClickUp, and I’d honestly say it’s the best tool in our tech stack.

On top of that, it comes at a very good price.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There is a learning curve, but overall it is easy to use.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ClickUp, we were spending a lot of time with each client while running our SOPs and delivering our services.

We didn’t know how much time we were investing in each step of the process, and measuring employee productivity and needs was very difficult. It was also hard to create processes and systems around our services in a standardized way.

Now we know which services require more resources on our side, so we can optimize them better for our clients and control costs on our end. We also understand our systems more clearly, and we can easily go back and improve our services while avoiding inconsistencies in delivery.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about ClickUp is its intuitive and user-friendly interface (UI/UX), which makes organizing daily work easier. It also offers a wide variety of integrations with other tools, making workflows more efficient. In terms of performance, the platform is usually fast and reliable for project management. I consider it offers a good price-to-value ratio (ROI), especially for the number of features included. Additionally, the onboarding process and support are helpful for getting started quickly. Finally, the AI features help automate tasks, summarize information, and improve overall productivity.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

In general, my experience has been positive. If I had to point out an aspect to improve, I would say that the large number of features can make the platform a bit overwhelming at first for new users. Sometimes, some customization options take time to set up, but once adjusted, the user experience is quite good.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me centralize project management, tasks, and documentation in a single platform, reducing the need to constantly switch between different tools. This improves organization, facilitates team collaboration, and provides greater visibility over project progress. As a result, I can work more efficiently, keep priorities clear, and save time in task coordination.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp has completely changed how I organize my work, and I couldn’t be happier with it. What I love the most is how flexible it is—I can set up automations and adjust everything to match my own processes. It feels like it was made just for me. The colorful design makes it fun to use every day, and I really appreciate how the team keeps improving it. You can tell they care about making it better for users like me. I’m also blown away by the AI features! I use them all the time, and they just keep getting smarter. It’s amazing to see how much this tool grows with me.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The export and import process is a major pain point. It’s incredibly frustrating to lose data like comments or other important content during the process. This makes it unreliable and time-consuming.
Managing multiple ClickUp accounts is also overly complicated. On mobile, it’s especially challenging since I have to constantly log in and out to switch between accounts. A feature for seamless account switching would make a huge difference.
Lastly, I really dislike that there’s no simple way to merge two accounts or at least have a reliable export/import solution. The current process just doesn’t work as it should.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp has been a game-changer for planning my tasks. It keeps me on track by reminding me exactly what needs to be done and when—even years in advance. The automations are a huge time-saver and make my workflows so much simpler. It’s like having a personal assistant that never misses a beat!e platform.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Considering it has so many features I find it easy enough to navigate. Building our wiki in combination with Brain AI has been invaluable in speeding up processes, document and marketing asset creation as well as ideation. We have found project management very easy to keep on top off with Clickup and the mobile app has been handy for quick updates.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I can't say I have any major dislikes. It did seem that initially the AI required you to pay per seat and that increased subscription costs quite significantly making it not great value for money. However, it seems you can now top up credits on a one off basis instead

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clickup helps us all stay aligned and ensure deadlines are tracked and easily adjusted when needed. As it has a full understanding of our goals and product, it also undertakes research and scopes out product development ideas with us.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

As a Document Controller, I needed a tool to help me track and monitor document approvals and revisions, and ClickUp has been the perfect fit because it offers multiple views tailored to different use cases. For me, the "Board" view has been especially helpful: I can create custom categories, assign the responsible person, set and change the due date as needed and also set the urgency for each task. I also use the drag-and-drop interface when projects change, which makes reorganizing quick and intuitive. Even with the large number of projects, tasks, and documents I add, ClickUp remains reliable and fast to work with, enabling me to monitor many items and avoid missing anything critical. Overall, it has allowed me to manage approvals and revisions more effectively and consistently.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Not on my end, I have all the features in ClickUp that I need for my work.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, we didn't have a tracking system for document management, but now I don't miss anything. It also sends daily e-mail notification reminders that have helped me boost my productivity and be more proactive in following up pending documents with customers, which has improved our customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that ClickUp allows putting all the information in one place, which saves time and avoids communication problems. It's useful because, by having all the data of a project in a single document within a folder, anyone who is not familiar can see who the client is, the date, and the service involved, which saves time on explanations. Additionally, the tool is easy to use, especially with the basic functions.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

It's not so much that ClickUp doesn't work, but rather that I think I don't fully know it. I need to explore more options, especially the templates, since our projects are repetitive and I still don't understand them very well. I would also like to learn more about the relationships or dependencies between tasks.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me organize projects and assign them to responsible parties, avoiding communication problems and saving time. It centralizes all the information, facilitating access to project summaries and keeping everyone informed.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is how flexible it is. We were able to adapt forms, views, custom fields, permissions, and automations to match the way our team actually works, instead of forcing our process into a rigid structure. It has helped us organize requests, technical visits, project follow-up, and documentation in one place, while making responsibilities and pending tasks much easier to track.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

What I dislike most about ClickUp is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning. There are many features, views, settings, fields, and automation options, which is great for customization, but it also means the setup process requires time and careful planning.

The UI is powerful, but for new users it can take some time to understand where everything is and how to use the tool consistently. In our case, once the workflow was properly configured and explained to the team, ClickUp became much easier to use, but the initial learning curve was definitely the biggest challenge.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp is helping us solve the problem of having project requests, technical visits, follow-up tasks, and documentation spread across different channels or handled manually. Before having a more structured workflow, it was easier for information to get lost, for responsibilities to be unclear, or for follow-up to depend too much on individual reminders.

With ClickUp, we can centralize requests, assign responsibilities, track project status, and keep important documentation linked to the process. The forms and automations help standardize how work enters the system and reduce repetitive manual follow-up. This has benefited us by improving visibility between departments, making pending tasks easier to manage, and giving the team a more organized way to coordinate work from request to project execution.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about ClickUp is its flexibility for managing development sprints. Being able to switch easily between List and Kanban board views makes organizing frontend tasks and tracking bug reports very intuitive. Custom statuses let us map out our exact deployment cycle, and the drag-and-drop interface saves me hours of manual organization every week. It keeps the whole team aligned on technical requirements without the extra clutter.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Because ClickUp is so heavily customizable and feature-rich, there is a relatively steep learning curve for new team members. The initial onboarding process requires a significant time investment to ensure everyone understands our specific workspace hierarchy and custom statuses. A simpler 'lite' mode for less tech-savvy users would be a great addition.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ClickUp, our team was suffers from 'app fatigue'—we were bouncing between Trello for boards, Google Sheets for tracking roadmaps, and separate doc editors for requirements. ClickUp solves this by centralizing everything into a single platform. The biggest benefit has been a massive reduction in context switching. Having our sprint tasks, documentation, and progress tracking all in one place means everyone has a single source of truth, saving us hours of alignment meetings every week.
