What do you like best about ClickUp?

As a project manager, what I like most about ClickUp is being able to see project progress, ownership, and deadlines clearly in one place. The customizable workflows let me manage different teams and markets while still keeping the overall process consistent. Task dependencies and dashboards also make it easier to identify blockers early, coordinate handoffs smoothly, and keep stakeholders informed without needing constant follow-ups. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

My main frustration is that threaded replies do not automatically notify all task assignees and followers. Important updates can be missed unless people are tagged manually or a workaround is set up. This creates extra follow-up work and makes it harder to ensure everyone responsible has seen decisions and blockers. What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

ClickUp helps me cut down on manual coordination and turn project data into clearer, more useful updates for stakeholders. Its automations reduce repetitive follow-ups and help keep work moving steadily across teams and markets. The AI-generated artifacts also help me create tailored dashboards, reports, and presentations—especially for time tracking, resource utilization, and operational reviews.
