"Highly Customizable, Fast, and Worth the Upgrade"

What do you like best about ClickUp?

The best part about ClickUp, it's very open-ended, highly customizable to suit almost every organization's needs. Great integrations. I had tried a number of other tools like Trello and used a free version for over a year before finally getting a paid subscription, and it was all worth it. The UI over time has been very refined, performance is fast, and if you're stuck with any feature or require help, the support system is very robust. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Nothing really except for a little problem that keeps some of my users signing out without a reason. A downside is once you get habitual of the software, it's very difficult to go back. I have been using it for so long that I can't think of managing my team without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing my entire organization's workflow, efficient communication, and timely updates. Earlier all this was being managed through WhatsApp groups, which I think most companies do. Having a platform where you can manage your tasks in a categorized and efficient manner is really helpful and time-saving. It brings accountability to each and every person in the team.
