The best thing about ClickUp is its front-end interface as well as how it has multiple project management tools integrated into a single suite. Even on the desktop version, it doesn't consume too much processing and hence doesn't interfere with the performance of the tasks and the machine. Though pricing may look a bit on the higher competitive side, however, the features, UI, support everything makes it worth implementing it throughout requirements. Recent addition of AI features has helped in extracting helpful insights with just a few clicks and commands, however, definitely there's a good way to go forward. The only couple of things I have disliked about this good software is the slowness in implementation of suggestions, and yet my open issue with them regarding timesheet approval feature which is split across the registered organization rather than user based; and the second one being role assignment of various users and shifting them to unbilled <> billed users.
