"ClickUp adapts to us and that's great"

What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is that it adapts to the way we work, not the other way around. Before, we used Adobe Workfront, which wasn’t a good fit for our team: we had to adapt to the tool, and it slowed us down. With ClickUp, it’s the opposite. I designed our workspace from scratch (spaces, lists, workflows) and shaped it exactly around our web projects, from the brief to the launch.

I’ve also built several automations, and we’re saving more and more time on outdated processes that used to be manual and repetitive. Add ClickUp Brain on top, and the team can focus on the projects themselves. Since the tool keeps evolving, I find something new to improve for our 40+ users every week. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

My one weak point is that ClickUp often offers several ways to reach the same place. It’s great for power users, but newcomers can easily get lost. When I rolled it out to 40+ colleagues, I simplified our structure and taught one clear path. The good news is that the ClickUp team listens to its community and ships updates regularly, so the tool keeps getting smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
