"ClickUp Keeps Our Tasks and Team Chats Perfectly Centralized"

What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp has been very helpful for me in managing tasks at my company and, above all, in centralizing all the chats and conversations across my teams. Before ClickUp, I relied on WhatsApp, and I wasn’t using any dedicated task or project management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The only thing I dislike about ClickUp is the way AI tokens/credits work. I usually update my information using MCP and Claude, but it still ends up consuming ClickUp’s AI credits. That’s the issue for me: I feel like I’m just using Claude for the artificial intelligence, yet ClickUp is the one charging the credits for it. I’d prefer to be able to use it without having to spend ClickUp credits in this case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

For centralizing all our conversations and tasks, the best approach for me has been integrating ClickUp with AI. I like using Claude to keep track of what’s happening in my company, and I rely on daily reports. I also created an agent in Claude that reviews my conversations and all the cards across the company, then helps me stay updated on everything that’s going on. Overall, it helps me control and manage the work more effectively.

On my team, around 20 people are using ClickUp in the organization, and I expect that number to grow. I feel clear about what the next step is for us. ClickUp is better than what I was using before, and I don’t plan to leave it in the coming years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
