"Visual, Flexible Project Hub for Solopreneurs with huge info load"

What do you like best about ClickUp?

The different features and views that I can have and adapt to every part of my projects. It allows me to centralize all information in one software: create views of what's important on demand, prioritize, download assets or information for my clients, and share only the necessary information with vendors.

For someone who works alone, handles projects with loads of stages, information, and steps to coordinate ClickUp is particularly helpful because it's so visual that there is no way I can miss anything.

The start and the functions are not very intuitive at the beginning; it can be overwhelming because there's so much to check!

I used the integration with Monday to transfer my tasks from there and it was seamless. I just had to tweak and do some reorganization after but nothing major.

I have some very long documents and regarding its performance, it works just fine. Sometimes the text in those document blurs out for a second where I can't type, but after that it's all back to normal.

I use the free version so far, so I can say that it's a good deal price/value. No comments about pricing or ROI, but I have seen some comments of colleagues who use the paid version and they are so far satisfied with it.

I haven't made use of the support that ClickUp offers during onboarding because I'm an adventurer haha but I will definitely pay them a call when I face some trouble with more complex tasks.

The brain Artificial intelligence so far works well. Even though I don't really know how the AI credits are billed/used, the little I've used has performed well. I haven't used it for heavy administrative tasks yet though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The constant change in IU/UX. I don't get to get used to where a button is that they are already redesigning it to be somewhere else. Buttons I use appear and disappear so I have to search for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
