What do you like best about ClickUp?

Ability to link tasks, create multiple views, and have a personal priority list. Integration to email is especially helpful for sending confirmation and recap of submitted requests to external users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

It's not intuitive, and I'm having trouble getting wider adoption in my department (my team uses the heck out of it!!). Reminders are not as impactful as I would hope, and I want AI to always be optional. (This is largely true, but if I press Enter/Return on my keyboard at the end of a search, the AI search automatically pops up and is far less useful than my hard-earned ability to design and iterate search strings. What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

ClickUp is helping to manage incoming task requests as well as discrete projects (software implementations, adjustments to new policies, etc.). The ability to access all the same information as any other member of my team/department is tremendously helpful, as is the reporting on what we're accomplishing.
