What I like most about ClickUp is how flexible and customizable it is. As a Project Manager, I juggle multiple clients, projects, and teams, so being able to keep everything organized in one place makes a huge difference. I particularly appreciate the variety of views, custom fields, automations, and the option to build workflows that match each project’s specific needs. It makes it easier to track deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress without constantly jumping between different tools. I also like how simple it is to adjust ClickUp as our processes change and evolve over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of ClickUp’s biggest downsides is that it can feel overwhelming at times, especially when onboarding new team members. With so many features and customization options, the learning curve can be quite steep. I’ve also run into occasional bugs and performance hiccups, which is frustrating when I’m juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines. Some features aren’t as intuitive as they could be, and certain workflows take more clicks than necessary. Although I do appreciate how frequently ClickUp rolls out updates, those changes can take time to get used to and sometimes introduce unexpected issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
