"ClickUp: Flexible and Powerful Platform for Managing Projects, Teams, and Business Operations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I love most about ClickUp is its flexibility and its ability to centralize project management, task planning, and team collaboration on a single platform. At EcoAlliance, we manage engineering, environmental, and technological development projects that involve different teams and responsibilities. ClickUp allows us to organize projects, assign tasks, set priorities and deadlines, monitor progress, and maintain visibility over each team's activities. One of its main advantages is the ability to customize workflows and different views according to each department's needs while maintaining a common organizational structure. I also appreciate that its free version offers useful features to develop and test operational processes before subscribing to a paid plan. For me, the greatest value of ClickUp is not just in managing tasks but in helping transform complex projects and organizational processes into structured, transparent, and coordinated workflows. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

What I like least about ClickUp is the complexity of managing multiple workspaces and the limitations of its licensing model for growing organizations. Although ClickUp is a powerful and flexible platform, setting up and maintaining an efficient organizational structure requires time and effort, especially when coordinating several departments and interdisciplinary teams. The free plan is excellent for starting, but its limitations become increasingly evident as the organization grows and needs advanced features. Another significant disadvantage is the licensing structure. When a company manages multiple Workspaces with shared users, upgrading to paid plans can be costly and administratively complex. Additionally, the wide variety of features and configuration options can create a steep learning curve for new users. I believe ClickUp could improve by offering more flexible licensing options for small and medium-sized businesses, simpler management between Workspaces, and more intuitive user onboarding tools. Despite these limitations, I consider ClickUp a valuable platform for project management, with significant potential for business operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
