The flexibility is a big win for me. I can tailor ClickUp to each client, giving them their own spaces, lists, task structures, and processes, rather than trying to squeeze everyone into one rigid setup. That’s made onboarding smoother, helped keep projects on track, and made it easier for my team and me to see exactly what’s due and who owns it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adding users is the main area where ClickUp falls short for me. I work with a lot of clients, and they all have to be added as guests. I’d prefer they could be part of my system with simpler access, ideally at no extra cost. Most clients only need ClickUp to approve work and upload content into my space, so paying for a full seat for each person just isn’t realistic for a small business. Because of that cost, it’s difficult to give clients the more integrated experience I’d like to provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
