What do you like best about ClickUp?

Being able to keep track of everything in one place. It helps me stay organised and see what needs to be done. I also love how customisable it is. I can set up different sections in ways that suit the work I’m managing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The main downside for me is the mobile app. Our workers find it difficult to navigate, which has made it hard to get them to use it. A simpler, more intuitive mobile experience would make it much easier for our team to use it on site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me manage all the different parts of my role without losing track of tasks or having information scattered across different places. Having projects, admin and day-to-day tasks together makes it easier to prioritise work, follow up on outstanding items and make sure nothing gets missed.
