What do you like best about ClickUp?

I like ClickUp because it brings tasks, projects, documentation, goals, and team collaboration together in one place. Its customizable views, automations, integrations, and AI features make it easier for me to organize development work and stay on top of priorities, without constantly switching between different tools. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The biggest downside for me is that ClickUp can feel overwhelming at first because there are so many features, settings, and customization options to navigate. In larger workspaces, the interface can also start to feel cluttered, which makes it harder to find what I need quickly. On top of that, some integrations and more advanced features take extra configuration before they work smoothly. The AI features are helpful overall, but the results can be inconsistent at times, so I’d like to see more reliable, context-aware AI suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we started using ClickUp, it was hard to keep tasks, project updates, documentation, and team communication organized when everything was spread across different tools. ClickUp gives us a centralized workspace where we can manage tasks, track project progress, collaborate with the team, and automate repetitive workflows in one place. The integrations and AI features also cut down on context switching and help us save time when planning, prioritizing, and managing day-to-day development work.
