What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp has replaced a home-grown project portfolio tracker. Honestly, it checked all of the boxes, it has capacity, planner, tasks, subtasks, assignees, and custom fields. The AI features are also a huge time-saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Honestly, not much. At first, the onboarding felt a bit cumbersome when I was trying to click my way around, but using the Onboarding AI Super Agent solved that problem and did a great job configuring everything on its own, including the custom fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

A lot of fragmented time was being spent across the many projects in our pipeline. We didn’t have clear visibility into dependencies or blockers, and overall accountability felt limited. As a team operating with very limited capacity (almost 200% over capacity), being able to link so much information directly to tasks—notes, AI, documents, and more—has helped simplify project management and keep everything in one place.

We were already using a few AI platforms, but the integrated AI in ClickUp has been especially helpful. Getting high-quality answers (and I don’t say that lightly) has made a real difference. Another major benefit has been reducing the time spent on self and employee reviews. Now I can just ask ClickUp for a review (for myself or an employee), and it’s essentially ready to copy and paste.
