What I like most is that it’s simple to use, customizable, and very fairly priced. The support team is also extremely helpful and friendly; they’ve gone above and beyond to assist me, even though I’m on a lower-tier plan. I’ve also really enjoyed the different integrations, which have made it easier for me to track my emails, stay on top of pending tasks, and monitor the overall performance of my office. Nothing really comes to mind. Once in a blue moon, the software glitches and looks like it’s syncing to the server, but that happens very rarely. For the price point I’m paying, it’s so negligible that it doesn’t really bother me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
