The biggest advantage for our team is how adaptable the views are without forcing us to duplicate any work. I can track my daily priorities in a straightforward list view, while other teammates manage that same backlog in Kanban or Gantt boards. The built-in automation rules like automatically assigning reviewers when a status changes or sending reminder pings save me several hours of manual check-ins each week. Having our docs, sprint tasks, and time logs all in one app, instead of spread across three separate subscriptions, has made our weekly workflow noticeably cleaner and easier to manage. The platform tries to do almost everything at once, which makes onboarding new team members feel needlessly overwhelming because there are just too many menus and settings to wade through. In day to day use, we still run into occasional sluggishness, especially when loading high volume task lists or switching across complex workspace dashboards. The mobile app also feels like a pared down afterthought compared to the web client, making quick updates on the go a bit frustrating. If your team does not set strict internal guidelines early on, the entire workspace can turn into a cluttered mess very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
