What I like most is that so much of our workflow can live in one place. We’re a small team building across hardware, firmware, and software, and ClickUp helps us keep sprint tasks, documentation, and project timelines together instead of juggling multiple separate tools. The flexibility of the different views is a major plus: engineers can stay in a list or board view, while I can track progress across projects in a Gantt or timeline view, all based on the same underlying tasks. Custom statuses and fields also let us shape the workflow around how we actually build, rather than forcing us into a rigid template. Having Docs linked directly to tasks keeps specs and decisions close to the work, which reduces the time spent hunting for context.
