I love how customizable ClickUp is. The true value, for me, comes from the democratization of dashboards and reporting, which are powerful tools if you have good inputs. I also find the planner to be amazing because it lets me set priorities and block out time on my calendar using estimated time, which is incredibly helpful. Additionally, I appreciate the feature called Brain, which assists me in numerous ways and gets more helpful every day. Artifacts are also awesome and getting better each day. I think sometimes there are too many ways to do one thing. It's not necessarily wrong, but even two identical teams might not do the exact same thing in the same manner.
