What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is how intuitive it is. Our team picked it up quickly, and managing bids, updating statuses, and handing off projects takes just a few clicks. It integrates well with the tools I use every day, like Outlook and our AI assistant, and it's fast and reliable, so I never worry about lag or lost data. ClickUp's own AI features help me summarize tasks, find information quickly, and keep projects moving without the busywork. The return on investment has been clear: we spend less time chasing details and more time selling and winning jobs. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

My only real complaint is that ClickUp has so many features it can feel overwhelming at first. The basics are easy, but setting up advanced views, automations, and custom fields takes some trial and error. Notifications can also pile up quickly if you don't adjust your settings. The mobile app isn't quite as smooth as the desktop version when I'm checking bids in the field. What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

ClickUp solves the problem of bid information scattered across email, spreadsheets, and memory. As a manufacturer's rep in HVAC sales, I handle dozens of bids at once, each with its own plans, bid lists, quotes, and deadlines. Before ClickUp, tracking all of that meant digging through Outlook and hoping nothing slipped through the cracks. Now every project lives on our shared Bid Calendar as its own task. The attachments, status (Bid, Won, Lost, or No Bid), and assigned salesperson are all in one place.

That's helped me in a few ways. I never miss a bid date, I can see at a glance what my teammates are working on so we don't double-quote a contractor, and handoffs are seamless because the full history stays with the job. Tracking won and lost projects also shows us where we're winning and which jobs are worth chasing. The integrations and AI features cut down on busywork.
