What do you like best about ClickUp?

Ability to completely customize the system to fit the needs of our business. We are able to easily adjust task types, spaces, custom fields, reports and dashboards. With the new ability to export timesheets, reviewing staff time has significantly improved as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

There is currently not a way for us to properly plan a workday when we have tasks that can be worked on any day during a specific period. When using the planner option, ClickUp is looking at the start and due dates and applying short periods of time during a day rather than the one task being completed on a specific date. This is something we would love to have more options on to fit our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have various deadlines, recurring tasks, different staff members who are capable of completing the various tasks. The ability to track everything in one place is a huge benefit. Now that we have figured out how to email tasks directly into the system, we are missing less notes and tasks that should be billed to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
