I like the ability to customise my workflows based on my project's needs. I found the drag n drop feature on the Gantt diagram especially helpful in mapping out and visualising the entirety of a project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I tried integrating the native calendar with my Google Calendars but it kept going into a feedback loop that ended up making multiple identical entries in my calendars so I ended up abandoning it. Having the ability to plan out the week by dropping tasks with task lengths into the calendar feature and having this reflected on my Google Calendar that I use daily would have been very helpful.
