What do you like best about ClickUp?

The overall performance of the app is amazing, I can have a bunch of tasks open at the same time, add attachments to tasks, link, comment and a bunch of other things without needing to wait for the app to finish loading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I don't like that everything is treated as a "task", even when I change the task type to "Epic" it is still treated as a task. In my opinion, it would be great to have a step to add a given set of user stories inside an Epic before creating it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

ClickUp helps me to keep track of everything there is to implement, and when. We had a big problem in the past (in the start of the project) with distributing work within sprints. When I found out that ClickUp had the "Sprint Folder" feature and how to use it, it was a game changer. It made the entire process of adding a task to a sprint without it vanishing out of the backlog super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
