What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I appreciate most about ClickUp is how it brings all our essential workflows into one highly cost-effective platform. The native time tracking allows me to monitor exactly how long I spend on tasks, which has been instrumental in refining my daily efficiency and keeping projects logically ordered. Beyond task management, the seamless Google Calendar integration keeps my schedule perfectly synced so I never miss a beat. Add in their very affordable pricing and the exceptional level of support their team has provided us, and it stands out as an incredibly well-rounded solution. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

While I generally enjoy using the platform, the main drawback I've encountered is a recurring UI glitch within the timesheets. Specifically, whenever I edit or update an existing time entry, the system automatically resets the view and jumps back to the first day of the week. While it isn't a critical failure, having to constantly navigate back to the correct day disrupts the workflow and adds unnecessary friction to an otherwise helpful time-tracking feature. What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing ClickUp, our goal tracking was fragmented and our team lacked a centralised system for monitoring project progress, making our KPIs messy and difficult to measure. ClickUp solved this by creating a single source of truth for all our work. It provided structured task management and real-time visibility, allowing us to accurately track task statuses, monitor performance metrics, and ensure team accountability.
