What do you like best about ClickUp?

I really love ClickUp for its almost infinite customization that adapts to our field reality. The ability to integrate various tools and types of information, such as videos and the chat section, is a real plus. The flexible hierarchy allows for great flexibility, and the Gantt charts are useful for tracking our clients' subscriptions. The calendar view is very practical for editorial planning. ClickUp is very structured for team discussions around specific tasks, which prevents information loss and boosts productivity. Finally, I find the tool very comprehensive and indispensable for group design or ideation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

What could be improved are tools to better adapt the CRM to resemble tools that only do CRM. For example, we cannot send automatic emails or automatic reminders to our clients via the ClickUp application. Not yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
