I like how customizable it is. I am in the web development space so there are always a lot of moving parts to each project and ClickUp helps me organize it all, keep track, and I really like the recaps that help me send updates to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, I really just don't think I'm utilizing ClickUp to its max capabilities (that's a me problem, lol) but there are so many features and when you are trying to get off to the races, it can be tough to explore every new feature.
