What do you like best about ClickUp?

The single most helpful thing about ClickUp is how easy it is to get started: it works as a simple tool for beginners, but has almost limitless potential once you understand its functionalities.

Our projects — textile products — are living entities. From conception to production, and from feedback to continuous improvements, they are always evolving. Statuses, custom fields, chats, and a well-structured description interface have made my work not only easier, but also much more robust in terms of traceability and quick access to critical information. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

You really need to stay focused on the objective of each Field. Otherwise, the vast range of customization options can easily lead you down the rabbit hole of trying to create the absolute perfect layout for every project.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a small company where decisions are made very quickly, often resulting in long sprints that need to be reviewed weeks or even months later. ClickUp lets me register changes and decisions quickly, with a very friendly interface and fast load times.

This gives me a reliable record of what was decided and why, allowing me to put projects on standby until a specific milestone is reached, without losing the context or history behind them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
