"Diverse Connections and Strong Reasoning for Complex, Multi-Source Data"

4/5

What do you like best about ClickUp?

The best thing is the diversity of connections it has, and the way it pulls up information from all of them with an accuracy of 95% or higher. Because of that, I usually only need to recheck in case it misses a point, which is also good because it helps identify what was missed. Overall, it shows high reasoning .Great diversity in personalisation choice either about ai you use as base not locked into one, and for someone with a lot for dispersed or complex data across multiple sources it does a really great job. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The Brain MAX extension wouldn’t send me verification codes, so I still can’t use it. In longer conversations, the token limits sometimes cause replies to cut off right when you’re deep into complex work. I also had a couple of days where the agents behaved oddly: the guardrails felt overextended, they kept relitigating things we’d already established, and it almost came across like they were trying to provoke rather than help. I’m not sure whether that was a routing issue or something else, but it didn’t feel right.

On top of that, I’ve had some freezes when loading heavier data into a topic. These are minor issues overall, but they add up and cost time when you’re in the middle of something important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves a lot of problems at once. It helps me see the bigger picture when a task or a piece of data doesn’t make sense on its own. It replaces hours of separate Google searches and documentation, and it does so more honestly than Gemini or Copilot consumer-grade products. It also helps me stay organised. It’s not the absolute best at organisation specifically, but it’s very close.

It also removes the need for extra software. Normally, you’d need separate tools to translate documents, format them, get legal advice, and do data extraction, but ClickUp brings all of that together in one place. The data extraction is excellent, and the reasoning is almost perfect. It supports the user in the right direction by offering a variety of perspectives and a level of data organisation that’s simply out of chart.

After using this, it’s hard for me to compare it with anything else without those other tools feeling limited. Tableau, Microsoft Project, and Primavera look vintage next to this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
